All our deliveries are provided by express transport services and will be chosen according to the type of equipment to be sent, the size and the weight of the package to be delivered. By default we work with the carrier UPS or TNT for small parcels and with TRANSPORTS VUALLIAT for pallets or cumbersome package.
All equipment that we repair or recondition according to our procedures are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of shipment. The Standard Exchange process can be synthesized as follows :
You send an order that we acknowledge and register in our system.
We send you the refurbished part with the return receipt for the shipment of the defective part.
On receipt you make the change of your broken part by the refurbished part provided.
Within two weeks, you return your defective part
The principle of standard exchange is for our company to repair and upgrade your defective equipment. Thus, if your equipment could not be repaired, we will invoice in addition the price difference between that of the standard exchange and that of the reconditioned supply. In case of non-return of a standard exchange, we will also charge the price difference between that of the standard exchange and that of the refurbished supply. Standard exchange returns must be sent to the following address: PLSWISS SA - Route de l'Ancienne Papeterie - 1723 Marly - Switzerland
